To the President of the United States,
Donald J. Trump:
We, the People, stand upon a solemn mission — to lawfully and peacefully restore the American Republic and reaffirm the sovereign rights of a self-governing people.
Through this Final and Perpetual Declaration of Independence, and by supporting the election of de jure State Governors, we seek to reclaim our birthright: to live free, under natural law, common law, and the original compact of the Constitution.
With rare exception — perhaps John F. Kennedy — America has not seen a President since the early 1800s who fully understood, honored, and upheld the limited jurisdiction of federal power.
Since the Civil War, the sovereign states and their free people have been steadily subjected to an artificial administrative regime — a complex web of legal fictions, silent presumptions, and bureaucratic force that has displaced the organic principles of our Republic.
We are burdened by statutory schemes and regulatory dictates that operate under color of law.
We are stripped of privacy, chilled in speech, and drained of strength. And still — we suffer.
We are burdened by statutory schemes and regulatory dictates that operate under color of law.
We are stripped of privacy, chilled in speech, and drained of strength. And still — we suffer.
The devaluation of our currency outpaces the rising of our hopes. Our families and futures are weighed down by an expanding federal leviathan that was never meant to rule us.
This must end.
We deserve a President who will face these truths without flinching — who will confront the illegitimacy of modern federal overreach and champion the restoration of our God-given, natural rights.
We believe you have the courage to be such a President.
And so, we present this Final and Perpetual Declaration not as a mere petition — but as a lawful record of peaceful withdrawal from presumed jurisdiction.
We ask you to:
- Read it.
- Acknowledge its truth.
- Honor the right of the People to be free.
And above all, we urge you to advance our endeavor to elect lawful, de jure governors — executives who will govern not by policy, but by principle; not under Washington’s hand, but under the authority of the People.
This is the restoration of lawful governance.
This is the restoration of lawful governance.
This is your moment to stand with a free, truly free, people.
Signed,
We the People
